a.) work for money
b.) start a business
c.) look for a career I really want?

my mentality for the past year has been, go for a.) then figure out whether I should go for b.) or c.). but then again i feel that im really not cut out for sales. i mean i can survive but i cant be the best.

and there's this very ego part of me that wants to be the best in whatever i do.

then here comes the irony. if i put in my heart and soul to do a.) and really be that good in it, i doubt i will ever move on to b.) or c.) as the opportunity cost would have been too much.

hahahahaha. dunno what im talking about anymore.

cold rainy sunday..

1. Everything with fries. 

we gave EWF a second chance (first try @ orchard central and it sucks) when we went holland v one fine day.. and yes. we made the right choice. 

This 'one egg soup' is super nice! fried egg white on top of the soup.. and the egg yolk to make the soup. nice and innovative. cheap too. 3.90 only. enough to share between 2 person. 

 arvin's mains. alittle too oily for the sandwich.. good for mustard lovers.. 

my pork chop sandwich. i like! hehe 

2. one sunny sunday morning.

 Around de world! at liang seah street. me and arvin was just walking around there to find a place to have our dinner and was shock when he saw his friend - Dareius in one of the shops! so damn cool. his very own shop! (bo bian gotta try. HAHA. kidding) 

the place looks quite homely. with very decent food at very affordable price! 

We had their set meal, includes 1 main dish, 1 soup (or salad), 1 drink and dessert @ $15.90 NETT! 

damn cool no gst and service charge. 

super worth it. 

the soup! so nice i like! most ppl will think its pumpkin soup (even after tasting it we still thought its pumpkin!) but no, its cream of carrots! omg right. im never a fan of carrots but this, is seriously good stuff! 

The drinks in generous portions. my orange taste alittle alcoholic though. dunno why. HAHA. 

but arvin's drink is damn cool. dunno what is it called. some soda with lemon. but taste really good. 

Arvin's main. pasta with prawn in white wine. 

8 big big big big prawns! damn cool. when we first tried we couldnt really taste the white wine. and the pasta is a little too watery. BUT. the prawn taste damn good. think the prawns are marinated in white wine, they taste so different. oishi! 

This is my main! hohohoho. its called curry it up or smtg. damn cool. some fusion food. combination of jap curry and indian spices cooked in a western way. lol. 

i like the idea. i like the taste. dun usually fancy sweet stuff on my mains. but this is good stuff. 

and it looks good. ok im a bimbo i know. haha

but but but but but. this piece of not so good looking thing. is actually the best thing! at first arvin thought its a banana chocolate cheese cake. but no! its some chocolate banana custard cake! SUPER NICE! im never never never never never a fan of bananas. but this. i gotta say. is like one of the only cakes i like. (p.s. i dun like to eat sweet stuff) 

the chocolate layer on top is super shiok. and the custard neutralizes it so that its not too sweet. damn cool la this cake. i think its better than secret recipe's chocolate banana cake and better than awfully chocolate. 

dunno why im doing this. not like im paid. HAHAHA. 

but yeah, good things must share. 

taste wise. not perfect, but good enough to make me go back. 

price wise. super affordable!
