today is tusday =D
head striaght home ta sleep n watch vcd after sch.. hehe.. which ends at 1.. =))) .. because all my muscles r rebelling.. last thurs i went mercy's place ta swim.. friday was rock climbing.. saturday was dance audition.. sunday was ballet n yesterday. rocmoc's physical training.. my god!!!.. yesterday was super super tiring!!.. alright.. shall briefly describe wad we did. firstly its one plain round the stadium.. warm up excercises... n then the xiong part comes.. one round = 4 stops,
1st stop is sit ups.. around 30.. sometimes its holding yr legs at 20degree for 5mins?
2nd stop is push ups.. aprox. 30
3rd stop is the killer jumping jet!!. god.. coz we did like 4 rounds!!.. first round was 50 jumping jet.. second round 60.. third round 70.. forth round 120!!!!..
4th stop is something like an inverted push up.. n its like... 30 again??
n imagine!.. we have to run between the each stops!!!... cannot stop one.. ok after tis 4 rounds its another 2 plain rounds... we have to run all together... if the person c theres a gap between, he will run through it n guess wad. each time will be an increase of no. of rounds. bian tai one right!!!!... summore their counts for the sit ups or inverted sit ups or push ups its like.. we do until 10 or 15 then the PT can jus say start from ZERO!.. wah got once still got start from -5. siao one!!!.. n yes.. we run on the outermost track!..
alright enough of complaining.. i will still stay footed to rocmoc =))).. hahaha.. the training tough la.. but.. hahahas... tink its worth it?.. yunting!!!.. u be careful ah... later after 1 yr i can run faster than u!!!.. JKJK.. purely joking.. hahahahahas... gtg for dinner..
